Equipment
Our bodyshop is fully equipped to meet both Insurance companies and Motor manufacturers' standards and quality controls.
We have invested in the latest technology including Blackhawk alignment jigs and Velocity computerised measuring system to ensure perfect structural alignment for chassis strength and 100% steering accuracy. Inverta and Spanesi spot welding equipment is used for the repair of newdifferent strength metals produced by each vehicle manufacturer.
Painting is done in energy efficient Metron low bake spray oven with sophisticated sensor-controlled dust extraction systems to operate in a dust free atmosphere for a Perfect finish. PPG paints ensure a Perfect colour match and PPG Lacquers for Perfect finish every time.
Today’s vehicles require an ongoing commitment to training and deploying the latest technology, this is something that cannot be taken lightly. With new models appearing all the time we take repair technique training very seriously indeed, which allows us to meet the challenge that new alloy metals and new material technology brings.
